PH365 Customer Service: What Each Channel Actually Fixes

PH365 customer service is built around one fast channel and several slower ones, and knowing which problem goes to which channel keeps a support thread from bouncing between them.

How PH365 Customer Service Channels Work

• ONLINE CHAT, in the lobby’s top bar, also called Online Service — the fastest route, running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Email — ph365@ph365.com is the permanent address given for finding the latest working site address.
• Facebook — listed alongside chat and email on the Contact page.
• Telegram — t.me/ph365vip, named on the ticker rather than the Contact page itself.

Your PH365 Deposit Hasn’t Landed Yet

Problem: A deposit is still missing from the balance a few minutes after the payment page closed.

Fix: Wait out the five-minute window PH365’s own deposit timing states first. If nothing has posted after 20 minutes, that is the point to open ONLINE CHAT and give the amount and the time submitted, rather than resubmitting the deposit.

PH365 Forgot Password: Getting Back In

Problem: A forgotten login name or password blocks entry to the member menu entirely.

Fix: This is handled by 24/7 chat rather than a self-serve reset. Opening ONLINE CHAT is the stated way to recover access rather than guessing at the old details, and signing back in through PH365 login is the step that follows once access is restored.

A Game Dropped Mid-Session

Problem: A connection drops in the middle of a round, before the result is clear.

Fix: The game resumes on the next login rather than needing a support ticket. Logging back in through PH365’s Games lobby picks the session up where it left off, in the same tab it was opened from.

PH365 Telegram and the Other Channels, Side by Side

Channel	Best for
ONLINE CHAT / Online Service	Fastest, 24/7, login and deposit issues
Email (ph365@ph365.com)	Finding the latest working address
Facebook	General contact
Telegram (t.me/ph365vip)	Support contact named on the ticker

PH365 Telegram is named on the ticker specifically, separate from the Contact page’s own chat, email and Facebook links. Treating it as a fallback rather than a first stop keeps a login or deposit problem inside the channel built to handle it, since ONLINE CHAT is the one running 24 hours a day with no gap between shifts.

Betting Records and How Long PH365 Keeps Them

Transaction records stay viewable for 30 days. Results history sits under the member menu’s Betting record, which is where a disputed round gets checked first, before a support conversation is needed at all. A game that dropped early and resumed on the next login shows up in that same Betting record.

A PH365 Withdrawal under review draws on the same Betting record for evidence if a dispute comes up over what was actually staked. Game rules themselves sit inside each game’s own window rather than in the Betting record, so a dispute over how a round resolved is checked at the game, and a dispute over what was staked is checked in the record.
